What is coaching?
- Coaching is the space where you are invited to tap into your potential to make your needs and goals a reality. It's a process of spreading your wings towards improvement in different areas of your life: wellbeing, finance, relationships, career, performance etc.
- The role of a coach is to create the space for that exploration through uninterrupted quality time, questions, active listening, a non judgment approach, reflections and empowerment.
